1. Feed the Animal Toss Game

What You’ll Need:
- Poster board
- A large farm animal poster with a few animals (cow, sheep and horse)
- Bean bags or small balls
How to Play:
Paste the printed animal poster on the poster board to make it sturdy. Cut out holes at the mouth opening of each animal so that the bean bags or balls can get through. Mark each animal with different points to make it competitive. (Cow = 2 points, sheep = 1 point, & horse = 3 points). Kids stand in a line and toss balls or bean bags at the animals. Each child gets 3-5 tosses. The player with the most points wins.
2. Chicken Egg Spoon Race

What You’ll Need:
- Plastic eggs
- Spoons
How to Play:
Kids balance plastic eggs on spoons as they race to the finish line without dropping it. To add a farm twist to this classic relay race children must cluck as they balance the egg on the spoon!
3. Pin the Tail on the Donkey

What You’ll Need:
- Large poster with a picture of a donkey
- Paper tails,
- Tape
- Marker
- A blindfold
How to Play:
Hang the poster at children’s eye level. Blindfold the child pinning the tail on the donkey then mark their tail with their name. Move on to the next player and repeat until all children finish pinning their tails. The closest tail to the spot wins the game.
4. Sheep Shearing Relay

What You’ll Need:
- 2 large poster boards with a large sheep printed on each
- Fill the body with white pom-pom balls attached to the body of the sheep with velcro
How to Play: Divide children into two teams. Each team will get one of the posters. After you say “Go” both teams begin shearing the sheep. The first team to remove all the wool wins.
5. Tractor Tire Roll Race

What You’ll Need:
- Small, light-weight tires or hula hoops
- Open, outdoor space
How to Play:
Children race with tires or hula hoops. They must roll them as they race to the finish line as fast as they can. The first to reach the finish line with the tire wins.
6. Catch the Chickens

What You’ll Need:
- Open space
How to Play:
One child is the “farmer” and all the rest are the chickens. The farmer must tag the chickens to catch them. Each time a chicken gets tagged, it must sit in that spot until another chicken tags it to get back into the game.
7. Piggy Mud Relay

What You’ll Need:
- 2 buckets with mud (dirt + water),
- 2 empty buckets
- Small cups and spoons (enough for each child)
How to Play:
Divide children into two teams. Each team gets one mud-filled bucket and one empty bucket with plastic cups and spoons. The teams must race each other by transferring the mud from one bucket to the empty one until all the mud is transferred using the small cups and spoons provided. The first team to complete the challenge wins.
8. Corn Scoop Challenge

What You’ll Need:
- 2 barrels (use any containers on hand),
- 2 sacks (use any brown bags or plastic bags large enough to fit the corn kernels)
- Dried corn kernels
- Small plastic scoops
How to Play:
Divide children into two teams. Each team gets a corn barrel, a sack and small scoops, the teams race each other to scoop out all the corn from the barrel into the sack. The first team to complete the challenge wins.
9. Milk the Cow Game

What You’ll Need:
- Disposable gloves filled with water (one per child)
- A fine needle to prick very tiny holes on the fingers of the gloves (punch each glove with an equal number of pricks)
- 2 buckets
How to Play:
Divide the children into 2 teams. Children line up in their respective teams. The first player of each team will race each other to milk the cow by emptying out all the water from the gloves. As soon as they finish, they must tag the next player of their team until all team members milk the cow one by one. The fastest team to complete the challenge wins.
10. Find the Hidden Eggs

What You’ll Need:
- 1 special egg or special prize,
- Plastic eggs filled with candy and mini toys
- Small paper bags or baskets (for collecting treats)
How to Play:
Hide the eggs including the special egg or prize in the party area. Hide the special egg to make it more challenging than the rest of the eggs. Kids collect as many as they can. Whoever finds the treasure egg is the winner.
